ATTENTION CONTRACTORS
Effective August 1, 2007, contractors working in the unincorporated areas of Morgan County must be licensed.
Contractors working in other jurisdictions or not immediately seeking a permit may obtain a Morgan County Contractor License by completing a

Applicants must also provide proof of liability insurance to obtain a license.
Annual Fee - $25.00

Completed applications, proof of liability insurance and registration fee need to be returned to the Morgan County Planning, Zoning and Building Department located at 231 Ensign Street, Fort Morgan, CO - Level B.
