NOXIOUS WEED PLAN
The main objective of this plan is to meet requirements of the 1996 “ACT” and its yearly revisions. This plan provides policy and guidance for noxious weed management in Morgan County. To view the current revisions to this plan, click here.

Due to members' schedules, the Weed and Pest Advisory Committee Meeting for tomorrow Feb. 16, 2017 has been CANCELLED/POSTPONED.
Information on rescheduling the meeting will be posted

** PLANNING AND ZONING DEPARTMENT**
MODIFIED BUSINESS HOURS
Starting Monday, November 14, 2016, the Morgan County Planning and Zoning Department will be closed daily from
11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
This closure will be in effect until the County Planning Administrator position is filled.

** NOTICE - COOPER BRIDGE CLOSURE **
Cooper Bridge located on County Road 33 between
County Road X.5 and County Road W.7 across
the South Platte River will be closed for construction starting Friday, December 2, 2016 for up to 180 days.

Colorado Hazard Mapping Program (CHAMP) -
South Platte River Flood Study
The Colorado Water Conservation Board (CWCB) issued a Fact Sheet/Study Memo dated November 10, 2016 regarding Coordination of Project Scope. “The resulting products and deliverables are expected to form the basis for a subsequent regulatory update for all studied streams under the Federal Emergency Management Agency’s (FEMA’s) Risk Mapping, Assessment, and Planning (MAP) Program."
